Liquid Chocolate is chocolate in its melted stage, when it
flows like a liquid. It's not too thick or too runny in texture. Chocolate can
be melted in a liquid boiler or microwave by itself. For an excellent texture,
liquid chocolate can also be made with fresh cream and entire chocolate in a
1:1 ratio. It can be used as a topping over ice cream and waffles, as well as
in desserts like cakes and brownies.

Cacao liquor, cacao mass, baking chocolate, cocoa liquor,
cocoa mass, and even just "chocolate" are just some of the names
given to chocolate liquid. Whatever you call it, this liquid is derived from
cacao beans (also known as cocoa beans or cocoa nibs) and includes nearly equal
amounts of cocoa solids and cocoa butter. Chocolate liquor got its name since
it was the liquid or fluid from which chocolate was made many years ago when
the substance was named.
Isn't that to say that all liquid chocolates bars contain some quantity of chocolate liquor?
No Chocolates come in a variety of flavours, but there are three sorts that are
legally recognised: milk, white, and dark. While both milk and dark chocolates
contain some chocolate liquor, white chocolate is required by law to contain
exclusively the cocoa fat, commonly known as cocoa butter.
Milk chocolate is a hybrid, since whereas dark chocolate is
mostly made up of cacao and sugar, milk chocolate is made up of cocoa butter,
sugar, and a small amount of chocolate liquor and milk powder. However,
chocolate liquor adds a lot more to the finished product than just flavour.
Chocolate liquor shares the same nutritional profile as cocoa beans, with high
levels of magnesium and zinc, heart-healthy antioxidants, fibre, and a little
amount of protein.
